DealBridge is a buyer-only real estate practice built for competitive markets. We help buyers win deals by delivering clean, well-structured offers and disciplined negotiation. We don’t represent sellers, we don’t list homes, and we don’t upsell price.

Buyers don’t pay us directly; compensation is handled on the seller side and capped at 1%. That matters to sellers: a 1% buyer-side fee can preserve more of their net proceeds and reduce friction, making our offer easier to accept in a competitive stack.

About DealBridge

A family-owned Bay Area practice built on generational experience and disciplined execution.

DealBridge is a family-owned business with deep roots in the Bay Area spanning more than a century. Principal owner Steve Schefsky represents multiple generations of the Schefsky family’s involvement in Bay Area real estate. His father was a successful commercial real estate broker, and his aunt, John Feldman, practiced as a real estate agent on the Peninsula.

Steve has over 40 years of direct real estate experience, having earned his real estate license at San Diego State University in 1980. Over the decades, he has been an active buyer of residential real estate and commercial real estate across many of the region’s most competitive markets, including Millbrae, Burlingame, Los Altos, Hillsborough, San Francisco, San Carlos, and Atherton.

Eileen Schefsky, co-owner of DealBridge, is a successful attorney whose legal background brings additional discipline, structure, and risk awareness to every transaction. Together, they combine deep local knowledge, generational experience, and professional rigor to represent buyers with clarity and confidence.
